After you are logged in you may add teamates through the PC, Apple, and or Android Team Spots application.

Android/Apple/PC

-Login

-Click Left Menu Bar

-Click Team

-Click “Add Player Now”

-Fill In Email, Contact No, And Full Name

-Click “Submit”

-Choose If You Want To Add More Players

-After All Players Have Been Put In System Go To “Team” And Click “Invite” Button In All Players Profiles That Were Added.

-These Players Will Now Recieve A Verification Email From Team Spots For Them To Complete Their Registration.

-Once The Player Has Verified The “Invite Button” Will Change To “Verified”

After you are logged in you may create events to keep all your future meals organized through the PC, Apple, and or Android Team Spots application.

Android/Apple/PC

-Login

-Click Left Menu Bar

-Click “Events”

-Click “Create Event”

-Fill In Event Name, City, Event Start Date, Event End Date, Details (Example Team Lunch)

-Click “Create”

-Choose If You Want To Add More Events

-Event Will Now Be Listed In Your List Of Events

After you are logged in and created an event you can order for your specific event through the PC, Apple, and or Android Team Spots application.

-Login

-Click Left Menu Bar

-Click “Events”

-Click “Book Order”

-Select Restaurant Of Choice

-Select Date

-Select No. Of People (Only Put The Amount Of People That You Are Specifically Ordering For)

-Pick Meal

-Select Eat In Or Take Out

-Pick Time Slot

-Click “View Menu”

-Select Meal Details & Add To Cart

-Click Shopping Cart Icon

-Click Checkout

-Click Proceed To Payment To Verify And Complete Your Order

-Fill In Credit Card Details And Push “PAY NOW”

After you are logged in and placed your personal order for an event you may add other people to join you for that specific event through the PC, Apple, and or Android Team Spots application.

(Applicable After You Have Made Your Own Personal Order For The Event)

-Login

-Click Left Menu Bar

-Click “My Order”

-Go To Order That Is Affiliated With The Specific Event. Use Order ID Or Date To Help You.

-Click “Invite Player(s)” (APPLE/ANDROID) Check Off Players You Wish To Invite Under Order Details (PC)

-Check Off What Player(s) You Wish To Invite. (APPLE/ANDROID)

-Click “Invite”

-Players Will Now Receive An Email Asking Them To Put In The Order and Pay.

Team Spots is proud to support industry standards. Our Partnered Restaurants, have a high standard for quality, customer service and overall experience.  All restaurants have individually preset tip percentages that are added to the order upon checkout.

Team Spots Eat In and Take Out options for all our users.  This gives teams options on how they would like to enjoy their food.

Eat In is simple.  Order online or via our App.  Pay through Stripe to verify and secure your order.  All you have to do is sit down and eat. Teams that show up late for their reservation will have their orders packed up for Take Out to ensure reservations do not go behind schedule.

Take Out.  Order online or via our App.  Pay through Stripe to verify and secure your order.  Choose a convenient time you want to pick up your order.

Team Spots is for all types of teams, including youth sports, adult sports, corporate, birthday parties, and large group reservations.

Team Spots provides a quick easy way for teams to get in and get out without waiting in long lines.  To ensure a fast turnaround for the restaurants, team are unable to add items to their order after order has been placed and/or at the establishment.

Team Spots is proud to partner with Stripe who does all processing for our system.  All credit card information is kept confidential through the Stripe system.
